RESOLUTION
OF THE
COUNCIL
No. 2024-89
RESOLVED: that Amendment No 5 to the Contract and Agreement for Engineering Services for Design of Tide Gates for Storm Drain Outfalls (Project #17-070) between the City of Newport and Wright Pierce, is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $30,900, and the term of the Contract is extended to December 31, 2024, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Contract and Agreement, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
