The Town of Portsmouth’s Design Review Board Meeting will be in person, live streamed on the web

a. Final Plan Review – PV Asset Management Brahim (Applicant) and Regal LLC (Owner)
for property located at 1526 & 0 West Main Road; Being Tax Assessor’s Map 51 Lots 34
& 34C (Zoned Commercial, C-1). The Applicant is requesting a unified development
review of a major land development for a 77,000 square foot self-storage facility.
i. The Applicant went before the Technical Review Committee on September 2, 2025;
the Planning Board for pre-application plan review on October 9, 2025; the Design
Review Board for conceptual plan review on November 3, 2025; and the Planning
Board for preliminary plan review on January 8, 2026. During the Planning Board
meeting on January 8, 2026, the Board granted preliminary plan approval.
