1.1 Call to Order: Chair Gregory Huet called the School Committee meeting to order at 10:00 am at Gaudet Middle School fields, Turner Rd,  Middletown, Rhode Island 02842.

1.2 Determination of Quorum: School Committee Members – Chair Gregory Huet, Vice-Chair Wendy Heaney, Tami Holden and Clerk William Nash, Theresa Spengler

School Department – Superintendent Willliam Niemeyer, Assistant Superintendent Michelle Fonseca, Facilities Director Ed Collins, Principal Donna Sweet, Principal, Gerald Haas, Principal, Katy Gibbins, Principal Rebecca Silveira, Principal Erica Bulk

Pursuant to Sections 42-46-2., 42-46-4., 42-46-5., and 42-46-6., RIGL, I hereby call a Special Meeting of the School Committee to formally consider, discuss and act upon the following items of business. All items on this agenda may be considered, discussed and voted upon.
