2025-64 Resolution of the Council, re: Purchase of Speed Feedback Signs from All Traffic Solutions, Inc. and authorizing the Finance Director to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town.

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-64

RESOLVED:

The purchase of four speed feedback sign packages for Boulevard and High Street for the price of NINETEEN THOUSANDS NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-SIX CENTS ($19,997.26), is hereby awarded to All Traffic Solutions Inc.,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for speed feedback signs is from the TOWN CIP SPECIAL REVENUE FUND,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
