RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2020-8

WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified an Aficio MP7502SP copier at Aquidneck School as surplus and can no longer be repaired,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its January 18, 2024 meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
