RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2024-29

RESOLVED:

The contract for DESIGN SERVICES-DUNLAP-WHEELER PARK is hereby awarded to BETA GROUP, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, for the amount not to exceed EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($89,140.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the design services for Dunlap-Wheeler Park are from the Tax Incremental Financing of the Atlantic Beach District,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
