No. 2024-17

WHEREAS: a Grant of Easement with The Narragansett Electric Company, d/b/a Rhode Island Energy is required for the provision of an electrical distribution system consisting of new poles, manholes and conduit for the new Rogers High School project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED: that the Grant of Easement with The Narragansett Electric Company, d/b/a Rhode Island Energy for the provision of an electrical distribution system consisting of new poles, manholes and conduit for the new Rogers High School project is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Easement and Agreement, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor; AND BE IT FURTHER

RESOLVED: an additional side letter stating there will be no blasting at the property be included.
