ORDINANCE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN, RHODE ISLAND

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN CODE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

An ordinance in amendment to the Town Code of the Town of Middletown, Title VII Traffic Code, Chapter 74 Parking Schedules, Schedule I: Parking on Roadways is hereby amended as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

(Additions are underlined; deletions are stricken)

FIRST: SCHEDULE I: PARKING ON ROADWAYS.

(A) No person shall stand or park any portion of a vehicle in the roadway on either side of Rosedale Avenue.

SECOND: Chapter 74 Parking Schedules, All Sections and Subsections not indicated within this ordinance remain unchanged.

THIRD: The Department of Public Works shall place No Parking signage on both sides of Rosedale Avenue.

FOURTH: This ordinance shall take effect upon its adoption and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
