THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-2

WHEREAS:

The Operations and Facility Manager has declared the Howland Park and Linden Park playground equipment as surplus due to poor condition and beyond its useful life,

AND

WHEREAS:

The purchase of the replacement playground equipment was approved by town council on December 16, 2024,

AND

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus equipment be salvaged by the Finance Director in accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or obsolete property.
