WHEREAS:

Colliers Project Leaders USA NE, LLC has prepared the Middletown Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) Stage II application for the construction of a new Middle/High School and the renovations of existing school buildings for early and elementary education students,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to sign the RIDE Stage II application on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
