RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No. 2024-73

RESOLVED: that Amendments No. 3 and No. 4 to the Contract and Agreement for Engineering Services for the Reservoir Road Tank Rehabilitation, Project No. 21-010 between the City of Newport and Wright-Pierce, is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $44,922.00 and $79,689.00 and term of agreement be extended to August 31, 2025, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Amendments No. 3 and No. 4, on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
