The public hearing was declared open.

Robert Stolzman, Esq., addressed the Board on behalf of the applicant.  Discussion occurred among the Council and Mr. Stolzman regarding concerns raised by the neighbors regarding lights, parking issues and noise.  COMMISSIONER KHAMSYVORAVONG moved to continue the application and requested the management meet with the neighbors over the next two weeks to resolve their concerns.  Seconded by COMMISSIONER NAPOLITANO and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
