RESOLUTION

COUNCIL

No. 2025-80

WHEREAS: The Police Department recommends approval of a three-year renewal of the subscription with Target Solutions Learning/DBA Vector Solutions for Employee Performance Management Software; and

WHEREAS: The Police Department is committed to proactively identifying employee performance and behavior patterns that may indicate the need for additional training, support, or intervention, and tracking positive performance; and

WHEREAS: Vector Solutions has proven successful since 2015 with a history of ensuring continuity in data collection and analysis with the Police Department using the software; and

WHEREAS: Vector Solutions has been recommended to continue a subscription for the next three years for Employee Management software in the amounts of $5,215.20 for FY 2026 and for each recurring year, $5,475.60 for FY 2027, and $5,750.40 for FY 2028; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED: That the agreement with Target Solutions Learning/Vector Solutions of 4890 W. Kennedy Blvd, STE 300 of Tampa, FL 33609 is hereby accepted for a three-year period at a cost not to exceed $5,215.20 for FY 2026; $5,475.60 for FY 2027; and $5,750.40 for FY 2028$5,750.40, and the Chief of Police/Director of Public Safety is authorized to sign said subscription renewal agreement on behalf of the City upon review of the City Solicitor's office.
