STAGGERED TERMS FOR STANDING CHARTER REVIEW COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Standing Charter Review Commission was created pursuant to Resolution No. 2025-49; AND

WHEREAS, as per the resolution seven (7) members were appointed by the City Council to make up the commission; AND

WHEREAS, according to the resolution the members are to serve staggered terms, however, the staggered terms were not set; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED, the following members of the Standing Charter Review Commission will serve the terms as listed,

Martin Cohen - three (3) year term expiring 5/27/2029
Gerard DeCotis - three (3) year term expiring 5/27/2029
Robert Dufault - two (2) year term expiring 5/27/2028
Jane LeBoeuf - two (2) year term expiring 5/27/2028
Elise McCaffrey - one (1) year term expiring 5/27/2027
Charles Pattavina - one (1) year term expiring 5/27/2027
Meghan Rego - one (1) year term expiring 5/27/2027;

AND BE IT FURTHER

RESOLVED, following the individual terms, members can be reappointed by Recommendation of Council Chair and voted on by the City Council; AND BE IT FURTHER

RESOLVED, the Standing Charter Commission shall not replace the Charter Review Commission but shall supplement and assist the Charter Review Commission.
