Resolution
RESOLVED: The Subrecipient Agreement by and between the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) and the City of Newport associated with the Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) Funding to be used to assist with the Newport Cliff Walk Restoration Project is hereby approved and the Council Chair is authorized to sign the subrecipient agreement on behalf of the City of Newport, subject to review by the City Solicitor.
