RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No: 2024-12

RESOLVED:

That the request for proposals for ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR TOWN HALL is hereby awarded to DBVW ARCHITECTS of Providence, RI for the proposed rate schedule as submitted with its proposal, dated September 6, 2023,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for this proposal for ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR TOWN HALL be funded by the JFK Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
