RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2026-57
WHEREAS: Playground Capital Improvement Funds are available for the purchase of replacement play equipment for Miantonomi Park; and
WHEREAS: The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium contract # MC16 B14 with O'Brien and Sons is authorized under Rhode Island General Law(s) §45-40.1 "Interlocal Contracting and Joint Enterprises"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the City Council approves the purchase of replacement play equipment for Miantonomi Park at a not to exceed cost of $40,606.99 utilizing Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium contract # MC16 B14.
