RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

No. 2024-70

RESOLVED: the City Council of Newport approves a 3-year award of contract for audit services to CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for a total fee not to exceed $285,000 for financial audit and agreed-upon procedure services, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
