No. 2025-75
WHEREAS: Public Service Recreation Gift Fund and Recreation Division Operating–Equipment Parts Fund have been budgeted for the purchase of recreational equipment, and;
WHEREAS: the Connecticut State Contract #18PSK0319 with National Equipment and Facility Solutions, Inc. is authorized under Rhode Island General Law(s) §45-40 through §45-40.8, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: that the City Council approves the purchase and contractual installation of four foldable basketball goals at the Martin Recreation Center at a not to exceed cost of $41,938.00 utilizing Connecticut State Contract #18PSK0319.
