No. 2024-42
Resolved: the City Council approves the contract amendment with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) in the amount of $100,915.00 to perform an environmental site investigation of the former Harrison Avenue landfill site in accordance with RIDEM landfill closure process and the Mayor is authorized to sign the contract amendment for same on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
