2025-55 Change Order 1 #23-011 - Water Distribution System Improvements

RESOLVED: that Change Order No. 1 to the construction contract with C. B. Utility Company, Inc of Bristol, RI, for the Water Distribution System Improvements Project - Bid #23-011 is hereby accepted to be increased by the total amount of $730,700.00 for the total NTE cost of $2,187,500.00, and the Council Chair is authorized to execute said Change Order on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
