WHEREAS:
The Town of Middletown has awarded Paving and Utility Repair work to East Coast Landscaping and Construction at the September 3, 2024 meeting.
WHEREAS:
The work on Miantonomi Hill to Boulevard, and along Boulevard to Nicholson Crescent have experienced unanticipated structural failure.
RESOLVED:
That the Middletown Town Council approves the following change orders:
Emergency Winter Patching - $133,979.00
Roadway Subdrains - $251,363.00
Reclaim Roadways and Install Binder Course - $168,809.00
For the total sum not to exceed five hundred fifty-four thousand one hundred fifty-one dollars and zero cents ($554,151.00) and that the funding for said change orders be funded from the Capital Improvement-Special Revenue Fund
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute this change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
