2024-7 Resolution of the Council, re: Award of Contract to Tyler Technologies.

THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL
No: 2024-7

RESOLVED:

That the contract for the financial software system and implementation/migration is hereby awarded to Tyler Technologies of Palato, Texas for the total amount of seven hundred and sixty-three thousand and nine hundred-thirty-six dollars and no cents ($763,936.00), as detailed below:

Implementation Cost: $346,600 (plus travel)
Annual Recurring Fees For Three Years: $139,112/yr

in accordance with its proposal attached hereto and subject to the approval of the Town Solicitor,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for the financial software system and implementation/migration contract is to be paid from the public-private venture fund for all implementation costs and year one of the recurring fees and years two and three will be paid out of the general fund,

And

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
