WHEREAS: The Director of Public Services requested Sealed Bids for Citywide Elevator Testing & Maintenance, Bid #24-036, with bids received July 22, 2024; and

WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to the sole responsive bidder Kone, Inc., of Canton, MA, and

WHEREAS: The Contractor agrees to perform quarterly maintenance and annual inspections on the City’s and School Department's elevators four (4) times per year, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (base period) with two (2) one-year option periods (same months), at the discretion of the City, in accordance with all terms and specifications contained within the bid documents at the proposed unit prices.
