WHEREAS:
The Town and T-Mobile entered a twenty-five (25) year cell tower lease agreement dated March 20, 1998. The agreement expired on June 18, 2023, from which time T-Mobile has continued to make annual rent payments.
BE IT RESOLVED:
Effective and commencing as of June 19, 2023, the agreement is renewed for a 5-year term and will automatically be renewed for four (4) additional and successive five (5) year terms.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
Commencing June 19, 2026, the annual Rent shall increase by four percent (4%) and thereafter shall increase by four percent (4%) on every anniversary of June 19th.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
