THE TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2026-44

RESOLVED:

The agreement for energy consulting and professional services is hereby awarded to SILENTSHERPA for an annual amount of TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($22,500.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the energy management and professional services from the General Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
