COUNCIL
No. 2025-123
WHEREAS: The City of Newport, Department of Utilities requested sealed bids for 51 tons of Aquablok, Bid #202-UTL-008. Bids were received on July 8, 2025.
WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to the lowest, qualified bidder being: Ferguson US Holdings, LLC from Canton, MA, at their Unit Price submittal.
RESOLVED: That the Unit Price bid of Ferguson US Holdings, LLC from Canton, MA at the estimated cost of $25,242.96 is hereby approved and the City Administration is authorized to issue Unit Priced Purchase Orders.
