RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

By the Town Council, the governing body of the Town of Middletown, Rhode Island, that pursuant to the provisions of one or more of the following Title 44, Chapter 7, Section 14, Title 44, Chapter 34, Section 2 and Title 9, Chapter 9-1, Section 9-1-13 of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island 1956 as amended and as reenacted in 1988, sewer charges levied against the person(s) in the Tax Assessor’s & Finance Director’s memorandum dated August 26, 2025 for the amounts noted, which total $402.54 are hereby cancelled.
