RESOLVED:

The contract for ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 4-PICKLEBALL COURTS is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND ZERO CENTS (8,500.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 4-PICKLEBALL COURTS is from the General Fund,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
