No. 2025-120
WHEREAS: The Director of Public Services requested quotes for John Chafee Recreation Area fencing per RIMPA #498 with responses required by June 24, 2025, and
WHEREAS: Award has been recommended to the lowest, most responsive bidder, Citiworks, Corp. of Attleboro, MA, at a total not to exceed project cost of $16,293.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: that the Newport City Council approves the purchase and contractual installation of the John Chafee Recreation Area fencing by Citiworks, Corp. of Attleboro, MA, and the total project cost in the amount of $16,293.00 is hereby approved.
