WHEREAS:

The project manager for senior affordable housing will provide additional services for managing the housing development project at 351, 361, and 393 East Main Road,

RESOLVED:

That additional services are hereby approved for FJS Associates, Ltd of Middletown, RI for the proposal price of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($45,000.00),

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the change order totaling FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($45,000.00) to FJS Associates Contract be paid out of PREDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GRANT from Rhode Island Housing,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute said change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
