WHEREAS: The Polaris Sourcewell Master Price Agreement 091024-PSI, presents Polaris Inc. of Medina, Minnesota, as a qualified vendor able to provide the required utility tasked vehicle for use by the City of Newport Police Department for specialized use; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED: That the City of Newport purchase from Polaris Inc. of Medina, Minnesota, via the Polaris Sourcewell Master Price Agreement-Contract 091024, for a not to exceed cost of $50,380.10, is hereby approved and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said contract on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
