4:00 P.M. - EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. Executive Session - Pursuant to provisions of RIGL, Sections 42-46-2, 42-46-4 and 42-46-5 (a), (5) Council 94 Contract Negotiations  - review, discussion and/or potential action and/or vote in executive session and/or open session.

Contract Negotiations Sub Committee Member William Nash called the roll. Present were School Committee Chair Gregory Huet, School Committee Clerk William Nash.  Also, present Superintendent William Niemeyer, Attorney Benjamin Scungio, Esq., Facilities Director Ed Collins
