RESOLVED: that Amendment #4 to the Contract and Agreement for On-Call Professional Engineering Consulting Services for Asset and Information Services for the Water Distribution System (#22-012-4) between the City of Newport and Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., is hereby approved at a not to exceed cost of $488,664.00 and the Council Chair is authorized to execute said Contract and Agreement, upon review by the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City.
