RESOLVED:
that the attached First Amendment to the Employment Agreement between the City of Newport and Colin Kennedy to confirm the term of the Agreement and change the Performance Evaluation date from January 31st to July 31st is hereby approved and the Chairman is authorized to sign said First Amendment to the Employment Agreement on behalf of the City subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
