ORDINANCE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN, RHODE ISLAND

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN CODE OF THE

TOWN OF MIDDLETOWN

TITLE III: ADMINISTRATION
Chapter 36, Fee Schedule

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:

FIRST: That Town Code Title III, Chapter 36, Entitled “Fee Schedule”, Section (E) Planning Department is amended as follows (language to be deleted is [struek] within brackets; language to be added is underlined):

(E) Planning Department.

(1) Planning Board Fees:

(a) Administrative Subdivisions: Application filing fee [$100] $164.

(b) Minor Subdivisions/Land Development Project.

1. Preliminary Plan Review: Application filing fee [$200-plus $40-per-lot] $848
2. Final Plan Review: Application [F]filing fee [$100-plus $30-per-lot] $381.

(c) Major Subdivisions/Land Development Project.

1. Master Plan: Application [F]filing fee [$200-plus $40-per-lot proposed] $937
2. Preliminary Plan: Application [F]filing fee [$300-plus $40-per-lot or dwelling unit, whichever is greater] $1,430
3. Final Plan Review: Application [F]filing fee [of $200-plus $30-per-lot or dwelling unit, whichever is greater] $381.

(d) Development Plan Review: Application filing fee $1,610

SECOND: This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and its provisions shall supersede any inconsistent or contrary provision in any other ordinance.
