RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-54

RESOLVED:

The contract for the WASTEWATER FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED-EIGHTY DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the WASTEWATER FACILITIES PLAN UPDATE is from the Sewer Fund fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
