No. 2026-47
WHEREAS: the City administration and the NEARI Supervisors Union have been negotiating a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) which expired in June of 2025; AND
WHEREAS: the new CBA covers the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED: that the proposed one year collective bargaining agreement between the City and the NEARI Supervisors Union for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 is approved and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said agreement, upon review by the City Solicitor’s office, on behalf of the City.
