RESOLUTION

OF THE

COUNCIL

No: 2025-68

WHEREAS:

The Town received cost proposals to complete lighting design for the Atlantic Beach District streetscapes project as decorative lighting was not included in the Town’s current contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB),

and

RESOLVED:

That the Town Council approves the contract amendment from VHB in the amount of thirty-three thousand dollars and zero cents (33,000.00) in accordance with the proposal provided,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the funding for these proposals is from the Tax Incremental Financing of the Atlantic Beach District.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract amendment on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
