Resolution
RESOLVED: that the City of Newport amend the existing contract that provides Cliff Walk Repair Professional Services (approved via Resolution 2024-09) by and between the City of Newport and GZA Geoenvironmental, Inc., of Providence, RI, in an amount of $84,350.00 for a not to exceed total contract cost of $543,755.00 and the Council Chair is authorized to sign said supplemental agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
