RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No. 2024-61

WHEREAS: the Director of Public Services requested sealed bids for Hauling of Street Sweepings, Bid # 2024-040, which were received on May 6, 2024; and

WHEREAS: award has been recommended to the lowest, most responsive, and sole bidder being East Coast Landscaping & Construction, of Portsmouth, RI, at its unit price of $160.00 per hour for base year 2024 and $165.00 per hour for option year one (1) 2025. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED: that the unit price bid of East Coast Landscaping & Construction, is hereby accepted and a unit price purchase order is hereby authorized for use by City departments with a not to exceed total cost of $15,000.00 per year.
