RESOLVED: that the Supplemental Agreement #8 to Contract #19-007 in accordance with Section X by and between the City of Newport and DBVW Architects of Providence, RI is hereby approved in the not to exceed amount of $673,720.00 to provide architectural and engineering services to develop a Phase 2 resiliency plan for Easton's Beach and the Mayor is authorized to sign said supplemental agreement on behalf of the City, subject to favorable review by the City Solicitor.
