RESOLVED: that the Capital Modification 15-023 Veolia Contract - Primary Clarifiers, Project is hereby approved at a cost not to exceed $525,422.00 The Modification is in accordance with all terms and conditions of Contract 15-023, Section 13.6 and the Mayor is authorized to sign said modification on behalf of the City, subject to review by the City Solicitor’s office.
