WHEREAS:

The Town Council desires to have vehicles travel safely throughout the school zones on Valley Road, Aquidneck Ave, Forest Ave, and Purgatory Road,

and

WHEREAS:

On February 20, 2024, a presentation was made to the Town Council by Blue Line Solutions regarding the installation of speed cameras in designated school zone areas,

and,

RESOLVED:

The Town of Middletown agrees to enter into an agreement with Blue Line Solutions of Chattanooga, Tennessee for the amount specified by the agreed upon contract,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
