WHEREAS:

The School Department has identified district books and curriculum as surplus
and are no longer needed,

and

WHEREAS:

The School Committee has approved of the disposition at its September 18, 2025
meeting,

and

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the surplus property be salvaged by the Finance Director in
accordance with Town Ordinance §33A.130 disposal of surplus or
obsolete property.
