2025-36 Innovate Newport – Approval for DISH Wireless Rooftop Antenna Array

WHEREAS, Innovate Newport, Inc. has requested approval from the City of Newport to install a DISH Wireless rooftop antenna array at the Innovate Newport building at 513 Broadway, which would provide significant benefits for both the neighborhood and the building's tenants, including expanded 5G wireless coverage. NOW THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED: that the City Council of Newport hereby grants prior written approval for the installation of the DISH Wireless rooftop antenna array at Innovate Newport subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement between the City of Newport and Innovate Newport, Inc.
