CITY SOLICITOR BEHAN stated all bills of indebtedness must be paid as part of a condition of the transfer. COMMISSIONER CEGLIE moved to close the public hearing and approve subject to the payment of all bills of indebtedness. Seconded by COMMISSIONER NAPOLITANO and VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.

17. Rogers High School Landfill & Disposition of Remaining Soil; Rogers Completion- D. Carlin
COUNCILOR CARLIN introduced the resolution and moved for its passage. Seconded by COUNCILOR ARAMLI. Jim Nolan, Finance Director, addressed the Council regarding the resolution and provided information regarding the bond. Pete Rice, 1 Harrison Lane, addressed the Council regarding the dirt pile. The motion to approve the resolution was voted 6-1 with COUNCILOR LIMA opposed.

COUNCILOR CARLIN introduced the resolution and moved for its passage. Seconded by COUNCILOR ARAMLI. Discussion occurred among the Council and City Manager Kennedy. Ryan Duffy, Police Chief, addressed the Council regarding equipment required to provide increased safety measures. The motion to approve was VOTED UNANIMOUSLY.
