RESOLVED:

The contract for the BEACH EROSION STUDY is hereby awarded to CROSSMAN ENGINEERING for the amount not to exceed TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($10,000.00) and COASTAL SYSTEMS RESEARCH AND PLANNING, LLC, for the amount not to exceed THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($32,000.00) for a total award of FOURTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($42,000.00) as submitted,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That funding for the BEACH EROSION STUDY is from the Parks and Recreation fund balance,

and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
