RESOLUTION

COUNCIL
No: 2026-18
WHEREAS:
The Town of Middletown put forward a request for proposals for materials testing and special inspection services for the Middle/High School construction project and Valley Elementary School renovation project for the Middletown School Department that were forwarded for review and recommendation to the Town Council.
and,
WHEREAS:
After review, Town Council agreed to award the agreement to Prime Consulting Inc.,
RESOLVED:
That the Middletown Town Council agrees to change order number one in the amount of one hundred forty-five thousand eight hundred seventy dollars and zero cents (145,870.00) for additional materials testing and special inspection services,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That funding for this change order is from the School Improvement Bond Proceeds and all expenses recorded in the School Department’s Capital Projects Fund,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Town Administrator is authorized hereby to execute this change order on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
