RESOLUTION

OF THE
COUNCIL

RESOLVED:

That the contract for the SECOND BEACH FOOD CONCESSION is hereby awarded to FIRE & WATER CONCESSION, INC. of Narragansett, Rhode Island for the proposal amount of one hundred ninety-five thousand dollars and zero cents ($195,000.00) over three years, with two one-year extensions if both parties mutually agree:

2026 $65,000
2027 $65,000
2028 $65,000

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That FIRE & WATER CONCESSION shall be permitted to sell clothing with a 8% royalty to the Town based on gross clothing sales paid to the Town at the end of each season,

and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the Finance Director is authorized hereby to execute said contract on behalf of the Town of Middletown.
